Sperm That Smell Like Fish

Report February 2011

From last night's deluge, also the last day of January is the same thing happened. Besides this month between cold, rain, snow and work commitments I have not had the opportunity to ride a bike as I wanted and, moreover, I had a few days a little discomfort in the knee but, fortunately, was only a temporary inflammation!
Still no bike to doctor's orders and, consequently, of the wife! ;-)

closed the month of February with only 316 km and 3024 m + D (difference) and consequently are more than 300 km below the expected average. :-(

The course

Today was the first Sunday ecological Fabriano of 2011.
Cloudy and very cold climate (average temperature 1 degree!).
Ggià at 9:30 and I was in the saddle after a ride I am the little group of friends gathered around the deserted city. Not only is the historic center but practically the whole city was closed to traffic of any kind except buses and emergency vehicles.
As the streets fill with people on foot and on roller and boys, some of the other cyclist friend.
E 'was a beautiful day, we had fun on deserted streets longer than 1 km .. and the end of the day I brought home 52 miles of pure fun!
an amusement park road really!!

March 10 replicates ... I can not wait!!

How To Hack A Sidekick Sim Card To Have Aim

Quirinale

Quirinale against Parliament,"

The letter from the President of the Republic, addressed to the presidents of the Chambers and the Council of Ministers, is totally and desperately not in compliance with the provisions of our Constitution. If only we had a political culture and do not forget not only dedicated to the bias, if only we had chairs where they sit consciences and not just retired, this complaint is now made by many different parties. Instead, everything is silent, leaving room for the politicians and conformity shaky.

The President of the Republic can not send letters, can not interfere with the legislative process, can not limit the sovereignty of Parliament. The Constitution describes the tools that can be used, but also makes clear that it can not do. We, for some time, we are abundantly planted outside the Constitution.

Decree-Law, so called "milleproroghe" (Which have only the name of a horror), was countersigned by Giorgio Napolitano, who identifies the need and urgency. After that is passed to the jurisdiction of the Parliament, which must provide for the conversion. Our legislative process provides that the decree-laws, and rules already in force, may be amended, modified, during the conversion (they then devise the means to remedy the legal relations arising in any term of the Old Testament). To me it does not seem reasonable, I would consider more linear approve or reject those decrees, without being able to change, but this is a personal opinion does not change the rule. Which, after all, Napolitano knows well, for it practiced and administered by the President of the Parliamentary Chamber. The fact is that the Senate amended the decree and, with the usual bad bad habit, he gorged standards even consistent with each other. The President of the Republic may, in this case, operate two tools: a. not countersign b. send a message to the Chambers, which implies a formal gesture and the countersignature of the Minister of Justice. Send a letter addressed to the three mentioned above, taking care to immediately pass the contents to the press, not just informal, is directly and grossly unconstitutional.

And, mind you, is not impressed that the executive (who has now declared agreed), but the Legislature. That parliamentary sovereignty is diminished. And it is very serious.

Napolitano, nell'improvvida letter made it clear that they can not use the first tool, or deny the counter, because in that case, the decree would be revoked. But he added that from now on, will not be more such qualms. This represents a further threat to the Parliament: or modifications to the decrees will be agreed with the Quirinale, or conversions will be useless. The government, in a sense, he rubbed his hands, because there is only one way to assure the President that the texts translated are the same as those proposed: submit sealed and immediately put their trust. Good result, a masterpiece!

the merits, however, Napolitano is right: the text given birth by the Senate is a disgrace. But for this there was everything a good message to Parliament, conceived without the anger that oozes from every part of the letter and following full-blown constitutional.

would like to add one thing, presumptuously and weight: I am ready to support these things in front of any constitutional lawyer, professor or varied, certain that no one can camp no valid argument that leads to different conclusions. Precisely for this reason I address an invitation to readers, sad look around, read, and you'll find these things so clearly, no one has the courage and the lucidity to say. And 'this is the really worrying part of this long and harrowing sunset constitutional.

It's up to Libya's why ... and who should

It is up to Libya's why ... and who should :" O

oday I have written two comments on the events in the Maghreb: This article , written for the European Journalism Centre and published by the Corriere del Ticino, explain the communication techniques used to foment unrest and the critical short-sightedness of the Western press, unable to outline the big picture.

On ilgiornale.it I just posted this analysis, which reproduce entirely here:

To understand what is happening in Tripoli must first consider the strategic framework. We are not addressed in the face of spontaneous, but induced aiming to replicate what happened in North Africa in the late eighties in the former Soviet Union. Even then, the revolt started from a small country, Lithuania, and at first no one imagined that the fire could spread to neighboring countries and it was even conceivable that the USSR would implode. The Maghreb is not the Soviet Union and there is no superstructure to blow up, but otherwise the similarities are obvious. The Tunisia is the smallest countries in the region and served as a catalyst for the other times. A wheel fell on the Mubarak regime, Libya is in turmoil, Iran and maybe tomorrow, maybe on the wave, Algeria, Morocco, Syria. What had in common schemes Tunisian, Libyan and Egyptian? Being ruled by authoritarian leaders, now old, discredited, they thought of spending power in young or incompetent loyalists.

It is no secret: the riots were widely encouraged - and in many ways prepared - by the U.S. government. For some time, Washington believed the inevitable explosion of popular discontent and fearing that would lead the revolt be Islamic extremists or extremist groups, has made what looks like a controlled explosion , at least in Egypt and Tunisia . Why is it controlled? Because before you embarrass Ben Ali and Mubarak, the Obama administration has cemented the already rock-solid relationship with the armies, which in fact never lost control of the situation and were the architects of the revolution. Do not Forget it today in Cairo and Tunis commanding generals, who in future will exert a decisive influence. Washington has won twice, has secured for many years to come, the loyalty of these two countries and has scored an extraordinary operation of image , showing the world that America is on the side of the people and democracy in regimes until now friends.

The dynamics are different because Gaddafi of Libya was not a U.S. ally and because the NGOs linked to the U.S. government have not been able to establish contacts and links with the Libyan civil society, in short, were unable to fertilize the soil in which to sprout the revolt. But that exploded the same. For infection and not feeding the loyalty of the army, but his discontent. As in all revolutions, are the armed forces to determine the outcome of popular revolts. Gaddafi during these hours pay the mistakes of the past. As noted by Domenico Quirico the press, the Colonel, an old man what was the coup, he never trusted generals and held wide-ranging purges. The men in uniform for 42 years have feared, but have never really loved. So now many of them, or damage to flight or go with the insurgents, especially in cities far from Tripoli. Gaddafi can count only on a small private militias and the army, this is the reason for a move otherwise inexplicable to recruit hundreds or perhaps thousands of African militiamen.

The consequence is inevitable: blood, blood and more blood. The impression is that Qaddafi will ultimately be forced to escape. The image, ridiculous, to raise in a car with an umbrella is reminiscent of Saddam Hussein being hunted by the Americans in the days of the fall of Baghdad. In any case, the situation could be very embarrassing for Italy. If the regime falls, Libya would again be the port of departure for our coastline for tens of thousands of immigrants. If you were to stand, it would be embarrassing for us to maintain good relations with a bloodthirsty leader. And in both cases millionaires dance contracts for our companies. Eni in the head. Let us not forget: Most of our energy supply depends on its own from North Africa. The explosion "controlled" is likely to be however, devastating to the interests of our country.

We have no choice and Italy certainly can not influence events, but the question is inevitable: the price is right?

Democracy aspiration Universal

Democracy universal aspiration:" We all remember the lamentations of the "peace" during the war in Iraq first and then the Italian mission, the idea of exporting democracy is a form of colonialism, an attempt to impose a model of social organization in our country who are not interested or prepared to adopt it. Only the naïve gullibility of a Texan warmonger may believe that the brutality War can turn Iraq into a Western-style democracy. And so on jabbering.
Little or no attention was paid to the fact that before the Afghans and Iraqis to risk their lives, would go in droves to vote for the first time in their history. The British weekly The Economist on the eve of the Iraqi elections he foresaw the inevitable failure, because the sign was made on the fingers of an ink that would remain for days, allowing the identification of those who had gone to vote and exposing the violence of terrorists. The prophecy was blatantly denied.
I argued then that the "pacifists" were wrong: democracy is by no means one of the many political systems, is a universal aspiration. Wherever they have the chance people want to somehow express their views on the government of their country. So far the only method that can guarantee is what everyone wants to vote in free elections, that only democracy allows.
What happened in Tunisia, Egypt, Algeria, Yemen, Bahrain and now in Libya is the indisputable proof that even in North Africa, also in the Arab world, humans prefer to decide their own future rather than entrust it to a dictator, no matter whether wild and bloody, or if good-natured and tolerant. Least squares in the slogans of freedom and democracy are the demands of protesters. Unfortunately, not always squares get what they want: the French wanted the freedom and equality, and obtained the Terror, the Russians wanted to get rid of the autocracy of the Czars and Stalin pecked, and it is possible that the demands for freedom and democracy to theocracy end up with the lead: it is what happened in Iran, where the expulsion of the Shah has cost the coming to power of Islamists the world's most bloodthirsty and backward.
Bush was right: democracy is universal aspiration and it is contagious, because it tends to spread to neighboring states. It would be difficult to deny that the events that led to the expulsion of Tunisia Ben Ali did not have a major role in subsequent events in Algeria, Egypt and elsewhere. It was for this reason that Bush was referring to the broader Middle East, was aware that democracy in one country could encourage others to imitate him.
It 's impossible to say what the outcome of the historical upheavals that are shaking the North Africa and beyond, but it seems to me that at least one thing is clear: the pundits who quipped on the thesis of George W. Bush does not seem particularly smart in light of what is happening. It seems equally clear that the "Obamaniaci," the enthusiastic worshipers of the American president would do well to ask whether it was the wise choice of their idol to look at all costs, relations with America's enemies, going so far as to tolerate the systematic violation of human rights. The current occupant of the White House has repeatedly claimed that "America does not presume to know what is best for all", a claim that amounts to a declaration of neutrality between freedom and slavery, dictatorship and democracy, respect for human rights and freedoms personal and violations, and that does not matter much to those who have the good fortune to live in a free and democratic country but it can make a difference elsewhere. Finally, as if it were not enough, have hastened to give Mubarak has taught us all what it's worth the alliance with the United States.
I hope, as I believe all sensible people, that the events today's prelude to the spread of democracy and its values of freedom, tolerance and separation between religion and politics, and it is possible that, at least in some countries, our wish is fulfilled. Whatever happens, however, the most urgent change for us is that the American president, will decide how long the current foreign policy of the United States, the world will be safe.

Greek Goddess Aphrodite- Acrostic Poems

Moonlight Sonata

But only a few times you can hear the symphony of the spheres, and I do not know why to be so rare ... everything would be easier if we had the basic soul in our body, tucked between the feelings and thoughts instead .. no, we live dormant, sleeping, dreams, dreams of being awake and sleep and dream again
Rarely sister the great sadness of the infinite that calls us to himself, goads us to the quick, it stings the heart ..
Then just a moon, the sea below, the breeze, the notes of a piano, and the whole wall collapsed, falling bricks, the structure falls vomiting itself, and behind you see, feel, spirit the world, the spirit of God, everything that breathes, harmonious, light, peace .. and the heart opens, it fills the soul breathes and every evil that seems to go away .. or maybe it seriously.
But then again the illusion. It is to be done should be back to life, Sisyphus has to load again for having to push the boulder to empty .. and inside of us envy him his ball stercolaio that at least the moves for a reason.
Come on, close your soul, you have to go back to "life", study, work, do children crack.
The yearning for a night like this is worth twice a lifetime of human machine .. ants
But only a sensitive soul knows fully satisfy us looking at the night light in the sky, if only for a while, even fleetingly, and at a time when questions arise, doubts, uncertainties, which are asleep, and then swept away by the sweet honey of a full moon night which makes us silent.

Sunday after a week ... I am in the saddle!

After a week of forced stop for commitment data from my participation in the international exhibition of modern and contemporary art "Art Lover Passion in Rome " I took the BDC for a ride of 52 miles and 620 vertical meters.
would have been a nice ride but the last 20 miles were very difficult due to a strong (and unexpected) headwind with whom I fought to get home!

The inspiration for the 1994 and the cohesion of the majority

The inspiration for the 1994 and the cohesion of the majority :" I would look at the events of the current legislature to try to interpret them according to considerations not quotas. What happened as we well know, the reason is not so clear. The center-right won the elections by a large margin, thanks to the peculiarities of the electoral law, the majority was composed of two parties, and PDL League, agree on the program, despite this, after just two years, the majority was not disrupted has failed because the agreement with the league but that the PDL has been torn by one, albeit small, spin-off. The question becomes: what guarantees the cohesion of the majority or the conditions under which disruptive forces are prevailing?
A majority, no matter if it is made by one or more parties, can be cohesive or for positive reasons - because all within it share the program and are committed to achieve it - or for negative reasons, when the opposition is united, authoritative and aggressive is the prevailing spirit of conservation: if the government fails, the opposition will take over place. Neither of these reasons cohesion has worked in this legislature. Evidently, the splitting of the PDL did not agree to fund the program that they had agreed before the election, or had come to the conclusion that it could or should be done. On the other hand, a divided minority, noisy but inconclusive, it represents a credible alternative: the possibility that it may replace the current appeared Remote and I do not think that it is less after the last events. For
reviving, albeit small, majority survived the defection of the Futurists, they can not rely on fear of influential opposition, that there continues to be, we need to focus on the positives of aggregation: to work hard to achieve one or more points in the program that are likely to join those who support the government and to divide those who are fighting. The waste must be that of qualifying and high-profile targets, which glaze return to action of the government and laying bare the weakness of the opposition.
Giuliano Ferrara is fighting a major battle to convince Berlusconi to recover the inspiration of 1994 and involved me, asking me to make them the subject of an article for the paper, which I did very willingly. Speaking to "call" on Channel 5, Berlusconi (February 14) responds to that of Ferrara: "the spirit of '94 I've never lost, but in the center in recent years there have been many brakeman to from Fini and Casini. And so I'm sure that from now on, after the diaspora of Fini, backed up by a majority that is so small but certainly more cohesive than before, we will be able to complete the liberal revolution that we follow the '94 and that the Italians want to very strongly .
I would be tempted to say that he could not be said more clearly: the center-right has won three elections with the same program, it is therefore clear that the majority of Italians can be recognized in those ideas. In '94 the turnaround in 2001-06 del'Udc the filibuster on the tax reform and National Alliance on that of justice, now the defection futurist have so far prevented the Italians want to achieve. Berlusconi is right: we are so few, but if anyone remer against and realize even the reform of taxation and justice, they spent nearly two decades will not be in vain.

What Do The Symbols By The Pokemons Mean?

Immigrants flee. From the "new" Atlantis Paradise Arab

Immigrants flee. From the "new" paradise Arab "

few weeks ago we saw the pictures of the crowd exulted Tunisia for the ouster of the satrap Ben Ali and the world has moved hailing the beginning of a new era of peace , prosperity and progress. At this time the scene is the same film set in Cairo, with one difference: the satrap called Mubarak to power and has resisted more than expected. For the rest all the same, as is the same rhetoric of Western media that glorify freedom, the joy of the crowd, the awakening of the Arab world.

Yet in these hours is taken the landing of illegal immigrants in Lampedusa . Of course they are all Tunisia ie, in a few days, it is difficult to predict, are all Egyptians. Thousands and thousands, to the point that the Italian government is forced to proclaim the humanitarian emergency.

But if in Tunisia has started a new, joyous time with extraordinary perspectives for growth, something does not . Logically, the Tunisians should remain. The reality, though, as always, is very different from what is described by the mainstream media.

I wonder why escape? Perhaps because the announced change is not that, due to a persistent control the general who commanded before? For now, the only tangible change is that the new-old regime, has eased border controls or at least is more difficult to monitor the coasts? And the Tunisians a life of hardship we have the promise of a new era in his country, which does not actually believe.

fine result. And Congratulations to Obama, without whom none of this would have been possible. Meanwhile, the price we pay ...

Republic blurted still dancing of Atlantis in Google Earth. And if we stop buying newspapers protest?

Those of Republic never learn. It is not enough to fool the Alessandra Farkas Courier on little more than a year ago exactly on the same subject. Nooo. Republic today repeats verbatim the nonsense of the discovery of Atlantis in the images of Google Earth.

Explain to them that they are artifacts of scanning of the seabed and image compression? Useless. Instead, I propose again a demonstration of how you can use the same effect to "discover" Atlantis buttocks Belen Rodriguez . Perhaps they understand that. Or maybe they think they are in the mirror. Bah.

face of this rising tide of crap shoot from Italian newspapers, can not resist the idea of proposing a gesture of protest. Do not buy them anymore. If they browse online, go to Anonymouse to reduce the count of unique visitors. Pennivendoli not relevant to these values such as honesty, rigor, verification of sources. Only interested in filling the gap between advertising and the other is getting clicked. So we give them a wake where teasing is sensitive: in his wallet. No sales, no click? Nothing advertisers. You give me correct information, I give you money. So maybe understand that we are tired of paying and wasting time to read mountains of rubbish and adjustments. Maybe.

Thanks to everyone that I have reported yet another case of trash journalism and have reported the further irony of this story: Republic itself denies elsewhere discovery. But it does not retract or correct the photo gallery. Why? Because it counts as a click. Yet another demonstration of the fact that as giornalucoli Republic and Courier think only scrape visitors. And then look down on bloggers. How sad.

fatal errors of the Left: contempt for the social and anthropological 'Berlusconi voter

fatal errors of the left: an anthropological and social contempt for the voter Berlusconi: "The weeks of Bunga Bunga dell'antiberlusconismo media prepared by professionals, half and half ribaltonistico orgiastic Sabbath-square Loreto, showing, for a serene look and coldly technical, a disastrous political mistake and communication of the Italian left: Silvio Berlusconi began attacking (yes this is a historical strategy of bankruptcy), but they continued even extending the anathema, the curse, excommunication, the 'homo berlusconianus "as such type of voter-center, and common ordinary people who voted and vote for the PDL. It was predictable that the left falling back on the usual error, but it must be said that the shift from the campaign by "anti-Berlusconi" to "anti-Berlusconi" was even faster than you could imagine. The message, subliminal at all, it's been: "If it still supports, if you insist on defending it, then it means that you're like him, or, worse, that you want to live as a servant or an accomplice of the Sultan of Arcore. And again: "What a woman you are, if one votes he uses and humiliates women?". Or: "That son, father, mother you are, if you accept that this time the Cayman can get away with it?". Well, in hindsight, he got up a breeze with contempt and even social anthropology in relation to who is with the Premier, with attached insulation licks delivered in homes, offices, on buses: "So it is no longer with you talk ... "" Is it possible that you do not understand or do not want to see ... How you can point to the majority, if the animus of a deployment is to judge a people (as opposed to understand), of wanting to educate or re-educate (rather than listening), to give the report cards (instead of convincing policies to bid)? Luca Ricolfi had explained it to him for years, from an essay published a few gold years ago by Longanesi ("Why do we dislike? The left and all the best"). Then he re-explain it to him, and at least twice, no small portion of these voters left the report on patterns of Itanes election of 2008 (published by Il Mulino), in that session would have been the policy will shift to the right of a 3% of the total electorate had voted in previous elections Olive (something remarkable: more than one million people, about one-tenth of those who chose the list only DS-Margherita) and a year later, the European elections of 2009, -Ipsos poll Sole 24 Ore has gone a step further in describing the "break left" of the PDL, clarifying that nearly one worker in two (43%) decided to side with Berlusconi (if you include the league, you get to 58%), about twice (with the league, almost three times) of those that have declared pro-Pd. What else needed to understand? There was a final wake-up call for the left, namely the fact that the last three elections (2008, 2009 and 2010), surveys on the PDL were considerably lower then the actual results achieved by the party of Premier as if a significant number of voters was (and still is, now more than ever!) intimidated by a certain hatred and social, and then he has almost afraid or otherwise reluctant to declare (a confess!) its support for Berlusconi, but then in the secret vote and stravotarlo urn. How To Make A Paper Boat To Hold Pennies

Slow down!

Walking around the streets of the province of Macerata I imbattutto in this sign from a distance seemed like an advertisement, then as I got closer, here's the surprise! I think it's a great campaign out of respect for wildlife along the road. Too often we see hedgehogs, badgers, foxes, squirrels, deer and other wild animals killed at the edges of our streets and, unfortunately, also cause serious accidents.
After all, we, with our cars and our roads to "invade" their territory!
